Our Milk Cow herd consists of 1 Milk Cow.  A Brown Swiss Named Mocha. The Milk Cow grazes out on pasture all Spring, & Summer which produces some very delicious milk. Bailey makes a wide assortment of cheese and camel from the milk.  With our growing young family, we have taken a break from milking at this point
